• 1000 pieces, measuring 27.1" x 18.9"

1. Upload your image

Choose a high-resolution image from your device. For the best result, use an original image taken from your phone or camera, rather than a screenshot or a photo saved from social media.

2. Review your image carefully

Make sure the image is clear, well-lit, and not overly cropped. The final puzzle can only be as strong as the image provided.

3. Choose your puzzle size

Select the wooden puzzle size that best fits the experience you want to create.

4. We create your custom puzzle

Once your order is placed, our team will review your image, prepare it for production, and create your custom puzzle. If we notice any issues with the file, image quality, cropping, or overall suitability for puzzle production, we’ll contact you before moving forward.

5. Gift it, frame it, or keep it forever

A custom puzzle is more than a gift. It’s a memory made into an experience!

To help us create the best possible puzzle, please upload a high-quality image that meets the following guidelines:

Recommended image qualities:

• A clear, high-resolution photo
• Good lighting and balanced contrast
• A variety of colors, textures, and details
• A composition where the main subject is not too close to the edges
• Original image files whenever possible

Please avoid:

• Screenshots
• Blurry or low-resolution images
• Photos downloaded from Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms
• Images that are heavily cropped or zoomed in
• Photos with very large areas of plain white, sky, grass, water, or other repetitive backgrounds
• Extreme panoramic images
• Images with important details very close to the edge

The best custom puzzles have a strong mix of color, texture, and detail. Photos with too much empty space or repetitive background can make the puzzle more difficult and may not produce the best final result.

Important image disclaimer

Please note that a portion of the image may be trimmed during production. Avoid placing faces, text, or important details too close to the edges of your photo.

Please note that printed puzzle colors may vary slightly from the digital image shown on screen due to differences in monitor displays, screen settings, and printing processes.

We do not edit, retouch, restore, or correct submitted images. The customer is responsible for the quality, resolution, brightness, cropping, and overall appearance of the uploaded image.

Copyright disclaimer

By uploading an image, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have permission from the copyright holder to reproduce it as a puzzle.

We reserve the right to contact you, delay production, or cancel an order if there are concerns about image rights, image quality, or appropriateness.

Customization disclaimer

Custom puzzles are created using your uploaded image and our available puzzle formats.

At this time, we do not offer fully custom puzzle shapes, custom borders, or individually requested whimsy pieces. Our team will select or apply the cut design that best suits the puzzle format.

Production & shipping

Custom puzzles are made to order and require additional production time before shipping.

If your order includes both a custom puzzle and other Mosaic items, they may ship together once the custom puzzle is ready. If you need other items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Current production time: 7 days plus shipping.

Returns

Because each custom puzzle is made specifically for you, custom puzzles are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.
