Please note puzzles are made to order. Orders ship within 2-5 business days from purchase. A confirmation email is then sent when your puzzles are processed for shipment. Customers in the US generally receive their puzzles within 4-9 business days of purchase, while international shipping may take longer.

For shipping addresses outside of the U.S., please note that there may be customs duties associated with these orders, charged by the country to which you are shipping. In these cases, the recipient will be responsible for paying such fees to receive the order. These fees can vary significantly from country to country, so please verify the fees for the country to which you are shipping before placing your order, especially if it is a gift.
